Other Rooms, Other Voices is a film-sound artwork by James Bulley in collaboration with Patch Perez. It features ten residents of Sanford Housing Co-operative in Lewisham, the oldest purpose built housing co-operative in the United Kingdom.
From Saturday January 14 to Wednesday 15 February 2023, Other Rooms, Other Voices was screened online on this website.
A physical exhibition of Other Rooms, Other Voices was open to the public 12–5pm on Saturday January 14 and Sunday January 15 2023 at SIML Space, London (more information here).
Other Rooms, Other Voices is a co-commission by the Albany, Goldsmiths, University of London, and We Are Lewisham. We Are Lewisham is presented by Lewisham Council and the Albany as part of the Mayor’s London Borough of Culture 2022.
